PAYMENT INFORMATION
Flexible Options for Accessing Care
MySpace Healthcare is currently a self-pay practice. Individual visits and optional membership arrangements are available for patients who do not have insurance or prefer not to use it.

Membership Options
Membership may be available for patients seeking an alternative direct-pay option for ongoing care.
Membership services, limitations and payment terms will be explained by the office before enrollment. External services such as laboratory testing, medications, imaging and specialist care may not be included.
Your care plan may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, testing and coordination with specialists when appropriate.
Support for Qualifying Patients
Reduced self-pay pricing may be available for patients living below the poverty level.
To determine eligibility, patients may be asked to provide:
Their two most recent pay stubs.
A current unemployment letter.
Eligibility must be reviewed and approved before a discount is applied.
Do not submit financial documents through the general website contact form. The office will provide instructions for sending documentation securely.


INSURANCE UPDATE
Insurance Credentialing Is Underway
MySpace Healthcare is currently a self-pay practice.
Credentialing is in progress for private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid in Missouri and Kansas, but insurance participation is not active yet.
Self-pay and membership options remain available while credentialing is completed.

Some conditions cannot be safely evaluated through telehealth. An in-person examination, testing, urgent care visit or referral may be recommended.
Prescriptions are provided only when clinically appropriate and legally permitted.

Common Patient Questions
Does MySpace Healthcare currently accept insurance?
Not yet. Credentialing is underway for private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid in Missouri and Kansas. Self-pay and membership options are currently available.
Can I receive care without insurance?
Yes. Eligible services can be scheduled using self-pay. Optional membership arrangements may also be available.
Are visits virtual or in person?
Most appointments are available through telehealth. In-office visits in Raytown are offered by appointment only.
Can I request an appointment outside regular office hours?
Yes. Requests may be accommodated depending on Cassey’s availability, but appointments outside regular hours are not guaranteed.
Can every condition be treated through telehealth?
No. Some health concerns require an in-person examination, laboratory testing, urgent care or emergency treatment.
